The following "Terms of Use" govern the method of use of all the files in the Emsibeth Library SpA. Compliance with the following "Terms of Use" is an essential condition for the use of all present files. Failure to comply with the "Terms of Use" will result in the full and exclusive liability of the infringer for any penalty, indemnity or compensation, including legal fees, resulting from the violation of the rights of image that Emsibeth SpA may request to pay. TERMS OF USE
- The LIBRARY service access credentials provided by Emsibeth SpA are personal and may not be transferred to third parties.
- All the images contained in the relative Images folder are the property of Emsibeth SpA or purchased exclusively for the promotion of products and services. These images may not be modified, altered or associated with trademarks other than those of Emsibeth SpA.
- All images must contain the Emsibeth SpA logo, which can be downloaded from the same folder.
- If you decide to use the images on your website, you will be required to take the necessary measures to prevent the images from being copied or downloaded by unauthorised third parties (Terms & Conditions / Intellectual Property Policy).
- All open catalogue/brochure/folder files may not be modified or altered. They can be translated into your own language in accordance with the form and content.
- All downloadable catalogues in pdf format are provided for reference and to facilitate sales. Any other use not expressly authorized is prohibited.
- The information sheets relating to the products are for internal use in the salon. Their disclosure to third parties is not admitted.

Emsibeth spa, in the person of its legal representative pro tempore, with registered office in Verona, Via Murari Brà no. 35/G, pursuant to art. 13 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data, Italian Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.2003 (hereafter "Code") and pursuant to art.13-14 EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereafter "Regulation"), as Data Controller, informs you that the establishment and management of the business relationship in progress with you involves the acquisition and processing of your personal data, in the limits and under the conditions set out in this policy.
1. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND NATURE OF THE PROVISION
In particular, processing will be for the following purposes:
a) To establish a contractual relationship with you and to comply with the provisions of the consequent legal and contractual obligations.
Provision of your personal data is mandatory, as it is aimed at fulfilling what is required by law and contractual obligations resulting from the business relationship with you.
We would therefore like to inform you that any refusal to supply data, in whole or in part, may result in the inability of the undersigned to establish a contractual relationship with you and/or to implement it.
b) For marketing actions (for example, to send advertising material or commercial communications), with or without the use of automated call systems, also, therefore, by e-mail. The provision of data needed for this purpose is optional and the refusal to supply them will, as a sole consequence, result in the impossibility for Emsibeth spa to process your personal data for the purposes referred to in this paragraph. With regards to the processing of your data for marketing purposes, the law, however requires, your specific consent.
2. HOW DATA PROCESSING TAKES PLACE
Data will be processed by persons in charge of the processing and Processors (formally identified) who will use tools and supports - paper, magnetic, computer or electronic - that guarantee security and confidentiality. Processing may also be carried out through IT and/or electronic tools, designed to store, manage and transmit the data by computer. Databases are stored in protected environments, where access is under control and in compliance with the current personal data protection legislation.
3. PARTIES TO WHOM DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED
Your personal data may be disclosed, in addition to all parties who have the recognised right to access said data on the basis of laws or regulations, also to parties where the transfer is needed or functional to the performance of the business of the undersigned company.
Furthermore, your data will be known to employees and collaborators of the undersigned company, as persons in charge of processing and to whom specific instructions have been given.
4. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The data subject has the following rights:
a) Right to access personal data.
b) Right to obtain rectification or cancellation of the same or limitation of the processing that concerns him/her.
c) Right to object to processing.
d) Right to data portability.
e) Right to revoke consent (without prejudice to the fulfilment of legal obligations, or for the execution of a task in the public interest or connected to the exercise of public authority vested in the Controller).

5. DETAILS CONCERNING DATA PROCESSING
Your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil all contractual and legal obligations arising from the contractual relationship established with you, even after its termination, as well as, where permitted, for marketing purposes. In the latter case, the data will be stored by Emsibeth spa for a maximum period of 24 months from registration; any further data storage periods, always for the purposes indicated in paragraph 1.b, will be subject to renewal of your consent.
Personal data, which do not need to be kept for the purposes for which they are processed, will be deleted or transformed into an anonymous form, as per law.
